Sierra and I made chocolate dipped strawberries! She was going to use a microwave to melt the chocolate, but I told her that melting it in a double boiler system would be better.

After succeeding in melting chocolate chips thoroughly, we simply dipped the strawberries into the chocolate and let them dry.

They were sooo good! Minji came over and ate some, and even JP who doesn't like strawberries liked them. Next time, we will bake an apple pie and caramel coated apples!
