"Yo soy guapo pero eres feo (I am handsome but you are ugly)'' I said to Issac in order to test his Spanish skill. He shook his head and frowned a little bit. "Lo siento (I am sorry)" I said.
"Here", I said as I exposed my empty palm to him, suggesting that he should give me a hi-five as a sign of reconciliation. He did give me a five and smiled. I regret that I called him ugly. I could have just asked him how old he is.
